Our Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchases from Ivy Home Interiors .
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in an unused condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price including the original postage cost. You are required to pay the return postage costs unless the item received was faulty .

Personalised items are made to order so unless these items are received in a damaged state then we are unable to accept returns on these.

If your item has arrived damaged , please contact us with 24 hours of receipt and we can arrange either a refund or replacement. We can not be held responsible for damages reported after this period.

 Please can we ask that you keep the original packaging and email a photograph of the damaged item so that we are able to claim back from the Courier company.

When returning items to us please ensure that the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure they are not damaged in transit, otherwise we may not be able to offer an exchange or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed . This will be issued back  to your  original method of payment, within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods and can take 7 working days to appear.
